Founded in 2001, Essential Learning Company is a rapidly growing company specialising in high calibre training and consultancy.

As specialists our consultants have worked extensively in both public and private sectors across a range of industries. Specialist areas include the delivery of Health and Social Care, Management, Customer Service and Learning and Development, with strong experience in NVQ assessment and training. Additionally we have developed a good knowledge of the needs of light engineering and a variety of other sectors.

Training is usually delivered in the place of work, with assessors making regular visits to the workplace for group or one to one sessions. Essential Learning Company assessors and trainers are experienced and qualified work based learning practitioners dedicated to learning and staff development. We have experience of both private and public sectors.

We have a particular interest and experience in NVQ assessment and training, as well as setting up new training companies as NVQ assessment centres.
