    Sue has vast experience in health care.  She has worked professionally in a variety of health related settings as a qualified nurse, paramedic and latterly as a physiotherapist specialising in Neurology and Complex Disability.  Delivering training has been an integral part of her role as a physiotherapist.  Sue has joined our Health and Social Care delivery team and is also an assessor.

    Mark is a retired police inspector who is now a freelance trainer and assessor.  During his police career he was actively involved in Health and Safety and was Safety Representative for the Police Federation.  He delivers CIEH Health and Safety training courses and further specialises in First Aid training and assessing.

    Liza is also a business consultant providing short or longer term project work to suit business requirements. She delivers a range of training courses – introducing continuous improvement tools and techniques and lean methodologies to staff to enable efficiency gains in the workplace.

    Adie and Steve have joined our associate team since retiring from the Fire Service, with a combined total of over 55-years active service they bring their extensive skills and experience to deliver First Aid/Basic Life Support Skills, Fire Awareness and Fire Marshall training to our clients.

    PTLLS

    Judy is an experienced Trainer, Internal Verifier and Assessor who has worked with Essential Learning Company for many years. She previously worked in Further Education with Health & Social Care and Early Years programmes. She works as a Standards Verifier with Edxecel, and delivers Assessor, IQA Awards, Supporting Teaching in Schools and PTLLS.

Alongside the set programmes above, all trainers will devise bespoke programmes for clients.
