HSC: The centre has a strong management team and a thorough staff induction and CPD programme.

Records are well kept and there is a transparent audit trail evident

None Care: Clear from candidate portfolios and assessor feedback reports that all candidates are well supported. Candidates are seen regularly in the workplace and assessors are available by email or telephone.

Carried out interview with an assessor who confirmed that Centre actions clearly met the requirements of candidates and assessors were well supported by management and other Centre staff.

Leadership & Mgt Care: The new approach to assessment appears to be well established and is straightforward to verify. Assessment sampled was detailed and consistent.

This programme has a strongly led management team with well established systems. This is supported by a dedicated administrator. There is close communication within the organisation. Viewed quality management system - comprehensive quality management and quality assurance. Recently re accredited for Investors in People and ISO. Year on year development is apparent

Clear, processes are in place for candidate advice, guidance and initial assessment. This includes skills scan and learning styles assessment. There is regular contact between staff and learners. Candidate feedback stated that support is 'very good'
